Thank you for shopping with VitaHuman Organics Private Limited. Your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the sensitive nature of nutraceutical products, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure quality and safety for all customers.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

      - Damaged, defective, or incorrect items received

      - Product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging

      - Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Please note: We do not accept returns for opened, used, or tampered products due to hygiene and health safety regulations.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used supplements

      - Products not purchased through www.vitahuman.in

      - Free gifts, trial packs, or promotional items

      - Orders with invalid or incomplete return requests

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at with:

             - Order number

             - Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

             - Description of the issue

       2. Our support team will verify the request and, if approved, provide a return shipping             address and instructions.

Please do not send the product back without authorization.

Return Shipping

     - If the error is on our part (damaged or incorrect items), we will bear the return                     shipping cost.

     - If the return is due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email. If approved:

     - A refund will be processed to your original payment method

     - Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your          bank/payment provider

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order is considered final and can only be returned if eligible under the conditions above.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges. If your item is eligible, you may return it and place a new order.
