Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time but may be offered in the future.
Order Processing Time
-Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
-Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
-You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3–7 business days
Remote locations: 5–10 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier availability, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499
A flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹499
Cash on Delivery (COD) may incur an additional charge of ₹30–₹50 based on location and order value
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order from the "Track My Order" section on our website.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by:
-Incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses
-Recipient unavailability at the delivery location
-Failed delivery attempts by the courier service
In case of failed delivery, the shipment will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence at info.vitahuman@gmail.com. We will assist with resolution or replacement.

-Regional lockdowns or government restrictions
